Neo Legacy Blockchain to Shut Down, Encouraging Users to Migrate to N3 by Q4

The original Neo blockchain, known as Neo Legacy, will be shut down in October. The project is transitioning to Neo N3, its newer blockchain technology. By the end of October, all Neo Legacy operations will cease, including asset transfers and smart contract development. 14 million blocks have been produced on Neo Legacy since its launch in 2016, with over 281 million transactions processed and nearly 3 million addresses supported. Before this shutdown, a final snapshot will be taken to preserve the historical state of the network for reference. Users are urged to migrate their assets and smart contracts to Neo N3 before the deadline to avoid permanent loss.
