A groundbreaking initiative launched by the Blockchain for Good Alliance (BGA) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and EMURGO Labs aims to harness blockchain technology for positive social impact. This SDG Blockchain Accelerator program equips participants with the tools, training, and mentorship necessary to develop and scale solutions addressing global development challenges using blockchain technology. The multi-year project will host two cohorts annually, each lasting four months, focused on capacity building, solution design, and ecosystem expansion. 40 innovative blockchain solutions are expected to emerge through this initiative, in addition to an open-source knowledge hub designed to promote cross-chain collaboration and foster community growth.
