SEC Charges PGI Global Founder Ramil Palafox for Alleged $198 Million Crypto Ponzi Scheme

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed charges against PGI Global founder Ramil Palafox, accusing him of orchestrating a multi-million dollar crypto Ponzi scheme. At least 90,000 individuals invested over $198 million in the scheme before its collapse, with Palafox allegedly misappropriating millions for his own personal luxury purchases.
