Vitalik Buterin Proposes Revolutionizing Ethereum’s Smart Contracts with RISC-V

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has proposed a radical shift in how Ethereum executes smart contracts: replacing the traditional Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) with the open-source RISC-V instruction set architecture.
