Nguyen Van Thang, Vietnam’s Minister of Finance, to demonstrate support for the country’s regulatory sandbox initiative and its vision for a safe, transparent, and innovation-focused digital asset ecosystem. The meeting focused on the development of a comprehensive legal framework for crypto assets in Vietnam. Minister Thang outlined plans for the pilot sandbox mechanism, which will allow regulators to test the issuance and trading of crypto assets within a controlled environment. This initiative aims to mitigate risks, bolster investor protection, and ensure regulatory readiness before introducing official legislation.
