Elon Musk Transfers Ownership of X to Startup xAI Amidst Legal Challenges

Elon Musk recently transferred ownership of his acquired platform, formerly known as Twitter (X), to his startup, xAI, amid ongoing legal action. A U.S. judge denied Musk’s attempts to dismiss a class-action lawsuit accusing him of deceiving former Twitter shareholders by delaying the disclosure of an initial investment. The acquisition is expected to increase the risks for xAI. 🎧
