Hidden Road Secures Broker-Dealer License After Ripple Acquisition

Following its acquisition by Ripple in a $1.25 billion deal, Hidden Road has received regulatory approval to operate as a broker-dealer. This move enables the firm to expand its services and cater to a broader range of institutional investors. The FINRA license grants the firm access to prime brokerage, clearing, and financing services for fixed-income assets.
