DeepNode Secures $5 Million in Funding to Build Open Intelligence Network

DeepNode, a decentralized artificial intelligence network aiming to democratize AI development, has secured $5 million across two funding rounds. The company is accelerating towards its mainnet launch. DeepNode’s seed round, driven by the community, raised $2 million at a $25 million valuation, with participation from key network validators like WildSageLabs and Rizzo, alongside infrastructure partner Gateway.FM. The strategic round, led by Web3 and AI infrastructure investors including Blockchain Founders Fund, Side Door Ventures, TBV, IOBC Capital, Fomo Ventures, and Nestoris, brought in $3 million at a $75 million valuation. This funding will support DeepNode’s long-term roadmap to build an open intelligence network, offering builders real ownership of their IP while earning rewards based on actual utility.
