Cryptocurrency Murder in Vienna: Son of Ukrainian Deputy Mayor Killed Over Assets

Vienna police have confirmed the brutal murder of Danylo K., son of Kharkiv’s Deputy Mayor Sergey K. The victim was allegedly targeted due to his involvement with cryptocurrency, with suspects suspected of forcing him to reveal his wallet password before assaulting and burning him to death. Two Ukrainian individuals, aged 19 and 45, have been identified as the alleged perpetrators and are believed to have fled back to Ukraine following the crime. The case has been handed over to Ukrainian legal authorities at Austria’s request.
