Coinbase 50 Index Seeks Balance with New Additions and Removals

Coinbase Institutional has made significant changes to its Coinbase 50 Index, effective November 28, 2025. The index now includes VeChain (VET), Sei (SEI), and Hedera (HBAR), alongside Mantle (MANTLE), Flare (FLR), and Immutable (IMX). At the same time, six assets have been removed: SKALE (SKL), Akash Network (AKT), Livepeer (LPT), Synthetix (SNX), Helium (HNT), and Convex Finance (CVX). This rebalance reflects shifting market dynamics and adjustments to ensure the index accurately represents the broader cryptocurrency landscape.
