Bank of America to Offer Bitcoin ETFs for Wealthy Clients by 2026

Bank of America is set to expand its investment options for high-net-worth clients, allowing them to invest in Bitcoin via exchange-traded funds (ETFs) starting January 2026. The move reflects a growing trend of institutional acceptance of cryptocurrencies. This shift comes as Bank of America’s wealth management division will allow advisers to recommend 1% to 4% in Bitcoin ETFs, aligning with existing strategies of other prominent financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Fidelity. This decision is driven by rising client interest and the growing market for regulated digital assets.
