Circle Launches x402 Payments for Autonomous Machines

Circle, a major stablecoin issuer, partners with OpenMind to launch a new protocol for machine-to-machine transactions. The protocol will use USDC from Circle for micropayments between AI agents within the OpenMind ecosystem, a robotics and AI company. This marks a step towards a standardized payment system for machines in automated or permissionless contexts.
