BNB Chain has bolstered its global leadership team by appointing Nina Rong as its new Executive Director of Growth. This move comes as the network expands its developer programs, forging strategic partnerships across various markets, and seeking to build a strong international presence. Rong brings extensive experience in scaling Web3 ecosystems and leading high-impact partner strategies from her previous roles at Arbitrum Foundation and Offchain Labs. In her new position, Rong will be instrumental in accelerating BNB Chain’s ecosystem growth. She’ll spearhead efforts on three core pillars: attracting top developers and partners to the network; expanding support programs for developers through tools, education, grants, and community engagement; and strengthening BNB Chain’s presence in key emerging markets.
