Grayscale’s Dogecoin ETF Fails to Meet Expectations on Debut

Despite being the first regulated product tracking the meme-based digital currency Dogecoin, Grayscale’s launch of its spot Dogecoin ETF on NYSE Arca on November 25th resulted in a muted trading volume, falling short of analyst predictions. Initial trading saw just $1.4 million in volume, considerably less than expected between $10 million and $12 million by Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas.
