Google Enforces New Crypto Ad Rules in EU

Google is implementing stricter cryptocurrency advertising regulations within the European Union starting April 23rd, according to BlockBeats. The move aligns with MiCA regulations, which require advertisers operating in the 27-member states of the EU to obtain a license as a crypto asset service provider (CASP) before promoting crypto exchanges and wallet services. Google has indicated that violators will receive a warning for at least seven days but will not face immediate account suspension.
