FCA Embarks on Sandbox Trial to Shape UK Crypto Disclosure Rules by 2026

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has invited RegTech firm Eunice into its regulatory sandbox, a move with the potential to shape UK crypto disclosure rules for 2026. This trial will test an industry-developed system for crypto-asset disclosures under real-world conditions and inform the FCA’s final regulations on digital assets.
