MoonPay Earns Trust License for Crypto Operations in New York

MoonPay has received a Limited Purpose Trust Charter from the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), allowing it to provide regulated crypto custody and OTC trading services within New York. This move positions MoonPay among a select group of firms with dual licenses, similar to Coinbase and Ripple, which also hold this status.
