Bitcoin mining profitability experienced a notable downturn in March, according to research from investment bank Jefferies. This dip was attributed to the cryptocurrency’s price decline and reflected in a 7.4% decrease in the metric for the month. Meanwhile, Bitcoin’s price saw a significant drop, reaching an average of 11.2% during Q1 2025. Notably, transaction fees also fell by 9.1% compared to February.
