Bitcoin ETF Outflows Surge Amid Market Turbulence, Diversification Spikes

US-traded spot Bitcoin ETFs saw a dramatic net outflow of $1.22 billion this week, marking the fourth consecutive week of capital flight, according to data from SoSoValue. This decline totals $4.34 billion over the period. 450,000 dollars in total withdrawals were reported for BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) fund alone. The largest outflow was registered on Tuesday with a staggering $523.15 million, followed by minor inflows later in the week. The dramatic decline of Bitcoin’s price from approximately $95,600 to $82,200 by the weekend further affected market stability.
