AI Stocks and European Markets Fall Following Pre-Market Decline

Several AI-focused companies experienced stock declines in pre-market trading. Nvidia’s shares fell by 3%, TSMC dropped by 2.6%, AMD decreased by 2.8%, and Oracle saw a 2.3% decrease in share value. This follows a broader downturn of the European markets, with the STOXX 600 Index down by 1.1% and the Technology sector index hitting its lowest point since mid-September. Furthermore, the European market volatility index reached its highest level since May. Meanwhile, energy prices also experienced declines, with WTI crude oil dropping 2%, Brent crude oil falling 1.78%, and silver reaching a new low of below $49 per ounce for the first time since November 10th with a drop of 3.29%.
