GANA Payment Project Suffers $3.1 Million Loss in BSC Exploit

A security breach on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) has resulted in a loss of over $3.1 million for the GANA Payment project. According to reports from Odaily, the attacker exploited the project’s vulnerabilities and transferred a significant portion of funds, including 1,140 BNB valued at approximately $1.04 million, into Tornado Cash on BSC. Subsequently, they bridged these stolen funds to Ethereum, depositing an additional 346 ETH worth roughly $1.05 million into the Tornado network. The attacker currently holds 346 ETH, equivalent to around $1.046 million, on the Ethereum blockchain.
