Bitcoin Sees 2.21% Premium in Korean Market: November 18 Update

On November 18th, Bitcoin saw a 2.21% premium in the South Korean market, as per data from Upbit exchange. As of 12:00 AM KST, BTC traded at 141.48 million KRW on Upbit, representing a rise of 0.83% compared to the previous day. Meanwhile, on global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 138.43 million KRW, revealing a price difference of 3.05 million KRW and a kimchi premium of 2.21%. Ethereum (ETH), the dominant altcoin, exhibited a kimchi premium of 2.22%. Similar premiums were also observed in other major altcoins such as Solana (SOL) at 2.13%, XRP (XRP) at 2.15%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 2.38%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 2.35%. Notably, most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium ranging from 2.1% to 2.3%.
