Ethereum Validator Numbers Plummet as Exit Queue Lengths Reach Historic High

The Ethereum ecosystem is witnessing a notable decline in validator numbers, according to data from validatorqueue.com. The number of active validators has fallen significantly and now matches levels seen in April 2024. This coincides with a record-high wait time for the exit queue, marking a first significant drop in daily active validators since Ethereum switched to Proof-of-Stake.
