Plasma Transfers XPL Tokens to Anchorage for Custody

Plasma has announced they will transfer XPL tokens to Anchorage, the first federally chartered cryptocurrency bank in the U.S., for custody within 48 hours. This is a standard custody transfer procedure, and all tokens will continue to be released according to the previously outlined plan.
