FTX Creditor Payments Surge as Distribution Rounds Near Completion

Despite the lengthy bankruptcy process, the FTX creditor repayment effort is gaining momentum. With a total of $7.1 billion distributed across three rounds, the exchange’s representative Sunil Kavuri shared the latest updates on X (formerly Twitter). The distribution was completed in stages, with smaller payouts for claims under $50,000 and larger payouts for both categories. The next payout is anticipated around January 2026, pending a record date confirmation this December.
