Stablecoin Dominance: Tether, Tron, and Circle Rake In Near $900 Million in Crypto Revenue

A recent analysis reveals that stablecoin issuers remain the top earners in the cryptocurrency market, generating nearly $900 million in revenue last month. Tether (USDT) led the pack with a significant $437.4 million in income, maintaining its long-standing position despite a slight monthly decline. Tron followed closely behind with $227 million and Circle, the issuer of USDC, EUROC, and USYC, generated $222.5 million — marking a 0.6% increase month-over-month. This revenue surge is attributed to consistent interest income from reserve assets and growing global demand for stablecoins, which are becoming crucial payment gateways and cross-border settlement tools.
