SEC Sets Final Deadline for Grayscale’s Hedera Spot ETF Proposal

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has set November 12, 2025, as the definitive deadline to approve or deny Grayscale’s application to list a spot Hedera (HBAR) exchange-traded fund (ETF) on Nasdaq. This marks the final possible extension under Section 19(b)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act.
