Fed’s Liquidity Boost Sparks Potential Bitcoin Rally

The Federal Reserve recently cut interest rates by 25 basis points and announced a $1.5 trillion liquidity injection to ease monetary tightening. This move sparked uncertainty in the short-term, leading to a dip in Bitcoin price to around $109,000, but analysts predict it could usher in a renewed market momentum. Similar policies from 2019 saw a significant increase in Bitcoin and other digital assets.
