Bitcoin Shows 3.02% Kimchi Premium in Korean Market

On October 28th, Bitcoin’s price on South Korea’s Upbit exchange reached 169.62 million KRW, a gain of 0.06% compared to the previous day. However, this marked a difference of 4.98 million KRW with its global counterpart on Binance, resulting in a Kimchi Premium of 3.02%. Ethereum (ETH) follows close behind, showing a Kimchi Premium of 2.89%. Other prominent altcoins like Solana (SOL), XRP (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Shiba Inu (SHIB) displayed similar premiums, ranging from 2.6% to 3.2% in the Korean market.
