Tether Data’s AI research division, QVAC, has introduced innovative tools designed for training AI models in STEM fields. The launch of a synthetic dataset called QVAC Genesis I offers researchers and developers a powerful resource for developing and refining AI algorithms. In conjunction with this initiative, QVAC Workbench was unveiled as the first consumer application to showcase the potential of AI on local devices. This user-friendly tool supports a range of large language models (LLMs) like Llama, Medgemma, Qwen, SmolVLM, and Whisper. QVAC Workbench boasts extensive device compatibility, reaching smartphones through Android with iOS support anticipated soon, as well as desktop platforms for Windows, macOS, and Linux. This comprehensive approach sets it apart from existing products.
