Pharos Launches AtlanticOcean Testnet for Billion Dollar Real-World Asset Liquidity onchain

Blockchain platform Pharos has launched its AtlanticOcean testnet, marking a crucial step toward bringing billions of dollars in real-world asset (RWA) liquidity to the blockchain. The new testnet introduces significant speed, memory and scalability enhancements, while closely mirroring the mainnet’s features, including Pharos’ Proof-of-Stake (PoS) tokenomics model with a 1B token supply for staking and validator voting. This modular architecture enables high transaction throughput through its hybrid parallel execution using DAG-based and Block-STM V1 models.
