Shields Health Care Group has reached a $15.35 million settlement agreement in response to a data breach that impacted over 2.38 million individuals across Massachusetts between March 7 and March 21, 2022. The settlement addresses potential financial compensation for affected individuals, with up to $25,000 per person being offered as part of the agreement.
