TeraWulf Secures $3.2 Billion for Data Center Expansion

Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf Inc. has priced a private offering of $3.2 billion in senior secured notes, with the transaction set to close on October 23, 2025, according to PANews. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by WULF Compute’s subsidiaries, La Lupa Data LLC, Akela Data Holdings LLC, and Akela Data LLC. These proceeds will fund TeraWulf’s plans to expand its data center facilities at the Lake Mariner campus in Barker, New York.
