Kalshi Secures $300 Million to Expand Global Prediction Market Platform

Prediction market platform Kalshi has closed a massive Series D funding round of $300 million, propelling its expansion to over 140 countries worldwide. This latest financing brings the company’s valuation to $5 billion and unlocks international growth for its user base. The announcement follows a prior $185 million investment in June, led by Paradigm and Sequoia Capital. Kalshi is now available in more than 140 countries, marking the platform as the “world’s only unified global prediction market.”
