Crypto Hiring Slumps Amid Market Volatility and Project Failures

The cryptocurrency industry is facing a hiring slowdown, with less experienced candidates struggling to secure jobs. According to a survey by venture capital firm Dragonfly Capital, only one in ten crypto roles are at the entry level. This trend is partly attributed to the failure of several cryptocurrency projects, which has led companies to adopt a cautious approach to hiring.
