U.S. Judge Rules Yuga Labs’ NFTs Not Securities

A U.S. judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Yuga Labs, creators of popular NFT collections like Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), for classifying their NFTs as securities. The ruling clarifies that these digital assets fall outside the Howey Test criteria, which are used to determine whether an asset constitutes an investment contract.
