Stablecoin Boom Fuels Crypto Talent Wars

The surge in stablecoin adoption is proving to be a boon for crypto wallet technology provider Dfns, but also creating intense competition for talent within the sector. Clarisse Hagège, co-founder of Dfns, secured $16 million in funding last January and is rapidly expanding its operations to meet increasing demand from stablecoin clients. This growth has, however, triggered a fierce battle for skilled professionals, as companies struggle to fill critical positions. Dfns currently faces 17 open roles, yet only employs 42 individuals. The difficulty of attracting qualified employees has resulted in significant salary bids as firms compete for top talent.
