Assemblyman Clyde Vanel has introduced Bill A7716, which proposes a study examining blockchain’s potential for enhancing voting systems and election results. The bill requires collaboration between the New York State Board of Elections and the Office of Information Technology Services to evaluate the feasibility of this innovative approach.
