Eric Trump Steps Down from ALT5 Sigma Board, SEC Filing Indicates New Role

Eric Trump, son of former US President Donald Trump, has reportedly scaled back his role at investment company ALT5 Sigma. According to an August 25th SEC filing, ALT5 Sigma has designated Trump and co-founder Zach Folkman as board observers instead of members. This change appears to be a consequence of compliance with Nasdaq’s listing rules and requires stockholder approval.
