American Sentenced, Faces Multi-Million Dollar Restitution For Crypto Investment Fraud

Shengsheng He from La Puente has been sentenced to 51 months in prison and ordered to repay nearly $27 million for his role in a sprawling investment scheme that defrauded American investors. He admitted to helping move funds through offshore channels, used to launder money associated with the scam operation.
