Bitcoin’s Kimchi Premium Holds Steady at 0.14% in Korean Market

The Bitcoin market on South Korea’s Upbit exchange saw a slight increase, trading at 156.5 million KRW, a 0.97% rise from the previous day. This price move resulted in a Kimchi Premium of 0.14%. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 156.28 million KRW, exhibiting a gap of 220,000 KRW. Ethereum (ETH), the dominant altcoin, maintained a Kimchi Premium of 0.15%. Other major altcoins also showcased notable premiums: Solana (SOL) at 0.15%, XRP (XRP) at 0.14%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.10%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at a significant 0.42%. Notably, the majority of top altcoins are currently trading with premiums within the 0.1% to 0.4% range.
