FutureCrest Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) led by BitMine Chairman Tom Lee, has announced its intention to raise up to $250 million through an initial public offering (IPO). This move follows the filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where Tom Lee, known for his optimistic outlook on cryptocurrencies, highlighted past Bitcoin price predictions in the prospectus documents.
