Gemini Files For Nasdaq IPO, Seeking $317 Million in Funding

Following a successful IPO for stablecoin issuer Circle and the growing acceptance of crypto regulation, Gemini, a Winklevoss-backed exchange, has filed its own initial public offering (IPO) with the Nasdaq. The filing seeks to raise up to $317 million at a valuation of approximately $2.22 billion. 16.67 million shares will be offered, priced between $17 and $19 each.
