Cboe BZX Proposes Rule Change to List Canary SUI ETF

The Chicago Board Options Exchange Group’s Cboe BZX Exchange has proposed a rule change with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) aiming to list the Canary SUI ETF on its platform. This submission, filed under the 19b-4 application, marks a significant step towards expanding the availability of exchange-traded funds across the market.
