Bitcoin Whales Dump $4 Billion, Signaling Potential Short-Term Correction

Cryptocurrency analysis platform CryptoOnchain revealed that yesterday witnessed the largest single-day selling wave of Bitcoin since February 2025, with approximately $4 billion in transactions. This massive move, one of the highest this year, was driven primarily by whales: Super Whales (over 10,000 BTC) accounted for $2.17 Billion, Big Whales (1,000-10,000 BTC) contributed $1.25 billion, and Other Whales (100-1,000 BTC) added another $495 million. This heavy selling pressure suggests that large-scale investors are capitalizing on recent price surges to make substantial profits.
