SEC Opens Comment Period for Canary’s Staked Injective ETF

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has initiated a 21-day public comment period for Canary Capital’s proposed staked Injective exchange-traded fund (ETF). This follows the growing trend of staking ETFs gaining traction in the U.S., particularly after the first Solana staking ETF approval.
