The world’s largest publicly listed corporate Bitcoin holder, Strategy, paused its investment activity last week following a drop in the cryptocurrency’s price below $87,000. According to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company made no Bitcoin purchases between March 31st and April 6th, 2025. This pause came during a volatile market week marked by significant price swings. The cryptocurrency’s price started at around $82,000 before surging to an intra-week high of $87,000 on April 2nd. However, the price subsequently dropped, according to CoinGecko data.
