Bank of America Recommends 1-4% Bitcoin Allocation for Wealthy Clients

Financial giant Bank of America has made a historic decision, officially opening its doors to Bitcoin investment for its wealthier clientele. Beginning January 2026, clients will be able to invest between 1% and 4% of their assets in crypto through the bank’s Merrill, Private Bank, and Merrill Edge platforms. This follows a strategic shift from institutional giants such as BlackRock, Fidelity, and Morgan Stanley, who have also adopted similar allocation recommendations.
