Samsung Enters Tri-Fold Market With Galaxy Z TriFold

Samsung made its foray into the tri-fold smartphone market on Monday with the launch of the Galaxy Z TriFold, its first foldable device with a multi-folding design. Samsung plans to release the phone in South Korea starting December 12th, followed by releases in China, Taiwan, Singapore and the UAE, while the U.S. will receive it in the first quarter of 2026. This launch serves as a test run rather than a full-scale rollout.
