Yearn Finance Suffers $9 Million Attack via minting Exploit

Cryptocurrency platform Yearn Finance has fallen victim to a sophisticated attack that resulted in a loss of approximately $9 million. The exploit, linked to the platform’s yETH token, involved manipulating the token vault to create near-infinite tokens, allowing the attacker to drain funds from the protocol.
